Ball Valves

Quarter turn ball valves can be used for isolation or general low pressure drop flow control applications.  The valve is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when it is rotated 90-degrees by the valve handle or automated actuator.  Ball valves are durable and perform well after many cycles and they are preferred to gates and globe valves due to cost and performance optimization.
