High cycle, live loaded, triple stem seal - three piece stainless steel ball valve ready for actuation

 

The B05 Series offers a full port ball design for low pressure drop with a blow-out proof stem for safe operation while the investment cast CFM8M-A351 (316SS) body construction offers corrosion protection. The three piece design allows the valve seats and body to be repaired in line resulting in lower operating costs. Removing the handle allows access to an ISO 5211 standard mounting pad for simple actuation without the requirement of manufacturing or connecting an additional mounting bracket.

1/2" to 4" FNPT threaded connections; CFM8M-A351 (316SS); 1000 psig (69 bar) up to 1-1/2" WOG; 800 psig up to 4"; 15% glass reinforced teflon seats; RTFE Chevon live loaded packing with locking stem nut
