Heavy duty polymer body and disc for industrial applications with NSF and CRN certifications

 

Type 55 Series butterfly body, disc and seat are designed to offer excellent flow characteristics and low closing torques. They offer corrosion resistant FRP gear operators. Top flange and shaft dimensions are to ISO 5211 standard for easy mounting of actuators. A large selection of body, disc and seat materials permit these valves into a wide range of on/off and throttling control. in lines up to 24” sizes.

16" ANSI Class 150 bolt hole pattern; PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF or PDCPD body materials; PP, PVC, CPVC or PVDF disc materials; EPDM or FKM (Viton®) o-rings and seals; NSF and CRN certifications
