ANSI Class 150 to 2500 metal seated trunnion ball valve for critical, high-pressure operations and specialized low-pressure applications

 

The GB1-MS Trunnion Mounted metal seated ball valve is designed for tight shut off in mission critical applications. The seats of the valve are always in contact with the ball making for tighter seals that prevent leakages. The all forged steel bolted body design has both full and reduced bore options with firesafe certified and anti-static devices. The double block and bleed, four steam seals, self relieving seats and anti-blow out stem design per API 608 provides the ultimate in safety.

2" to 24" size range; ANSI Class 150 to 2500 flanged or butt weld; Forged Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel / Exotic Alloys materials; live loaded packing; single or double piston effect seat design; Fire-safe to API-607 & NACE MR0175 approvals
